Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using available recruitment channels.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with respective stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for the current hiring requirements
  • Ensure good candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Analyze data metrics and publish periodic reports to stakeholders.
  • Handle all the onboarding and documentaiton process
  • Look after leave applications and reimbursements
  • Prepare reports of recruitment, documentations, and other operational reports
  • Plan proper onboarding plans for new joiners and other performance related calls with the employees
  • Plan monthly liesure connects [virtual]

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience mandatory In house IT recruitment and operations
  • Proficient in Boolean search skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
  • Ability to work in start up environment
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
  • Experience to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and founders - Mandatory
  • Must have own laptop and internet connection
