Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely closures within defined TAT.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles within defined TAT
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), references, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain a strong pipeline of relevant candidates
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports
• Understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly
• Support onboarding coordination when required

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and screening techniques
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and close positions within tight timelines (TAT)
