We are looking for IT Recruiter Immediately to be based our of Cochin , Calicut , Mangalore , Trivandrum Immediately . This position is 100% onsite ( Ready to work from office - InfoPark, Cochin and IT Park, Calicut , Technopark, Trivandrum.

Job Description

As an HR recruiter / IT Recruiter you will assist in sourcing and hiring talent while also managing essential HR administrative tasks to support the company's operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• · Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• · Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
• · Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• · Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• · Support onboarding activities, including documentation and induction sessions.
• · Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• · Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documentation.
• · Coordinate with employees for attendance, leave records, and compliance.
• · Help in organizing company events, training sessions, and engagement activities.
• · Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Skills and Qualifications

• · Education: Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• · Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR recruitment and administration.
• · Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• · Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
• · Basic knowledge of HR policies, processes, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• · Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.

Salary : As per the Industry Standard.
