HR Recruiter

Requirements -
Experience - 1 - 5 Years of recruitment experience (Freshers with MBA in HR can also apply) & For senior & technical recruiter 4 - 10+ years of recruitment experience.
Candidate should have knowledge of using Job Portals and Social Media sites like - LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine etc
Design and update job descriptions.
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Solid verbal and written communication skills in English
Familiar with maintaining databases and Excel is plus
Candidate should be professional and work oriented.
Go-getter, adaptive and taking initiatives for company growth.
