Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Screening:
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.
  • Interview Coordination:
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for growth.
  • Job Postings & Advertising:
  • Create detailed job descriptions and post them on job boards, social media platforms, and the company website.
  • Update job postings as needed to keep them current.
  • Candidate Experience:
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide regular updates to candidates about their status and next steps.
  • Offer Negotiation & Onboarding:
  • Extend offers to selected candidates and handle salary negotiations in coordination with the hiring manager.
  • Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Record Keeping & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the HR system.
  • Provide regular recruitment status reports to HR leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role (1-3 years).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
