Job Description – HR Manager (Real Estate / Construction Background)

Location: Hyderabad

Salary - Upto 10lpa Max

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a background in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to handling blue-collar workforce, statutory compliance, and end-to-end HR operations in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management 

• Handle contract labour management and ensure compliance with labour laws 

• Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, and other applicable regulations 

• Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation 

• Monitor attendance, leave management, and biometric systems 

• Coordinate payroll inputs and support full & final settlements 

• Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives 

• Liaise with government authorities for licenses and compliance requirements 

• Manage vendor compliance and statutory documentation 

• Support administrative activities as required 

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6–11 years of HR experience in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure industry 

• Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance 

• Experience in handling contract labour and site workforce 

• Hands-on experience in payroll coordination and HR operations 

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-ground environment 

Preferred:

• Experience working in site-based or field HR roles 

• Familiarity with HRMS / ERP systems
