About the Role

We are looking for a well-rounded HR Project Manager (Global HR Initiatives & Transformation) with 6 to 8 years of experience lead and execute a diverse portfolio of strategic HR initiatives across the business line organization. This role combines elements of employee engagement, change management, leadership development, HR transformation, and data-driven HR controlling. The ideal candidate is a versatile HR professional with strong project execution skills, high stakeholder maturity, and the ability to drive programs that strengthen culture, talent development, and organizational capability.

The HR Project Manager will design and launch global employee engagement projects, management learning programs and digital learning journeys. This role also partners closely with Finance to support HR controlling and HR data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Global Employee Engagement Initiatives

  • Design, implement, and manage global employee engagement initiatives and campaigns.
  • Lead yearly employee engagement campaign for business line and follow up on action plan.
  • Drive culture-building programs and communication initiatives to enhance employee experience.

2. Leadership & Management Development

  • Design and run management and leadership development programs through webinars, in-person workshops.
  • Educate management on internal HR best practices in regards to compensation, performance management, performance cases, HR internal processes and methodologies.
  • Participate in the recruitment interviews along with business stakeholders to ensure best candidate selection.

3. Learning

  • Design and deploy business line-oriented digital learning pathways in our LMS.
  • Work with business stakeholders to design employee onboarding journeys and capture knowledge gaps.
  • Co-design and launch rollout of an AI-powered internal career tool.

4. Change Management & Transformation

  • Manage business transformation and organizational change projects from planning through execution.
  • Support Business Stakeholders in managing change and instilling high performance culture within their Teams.
  • Facilitate alignment across HR, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Support yearly organization of function kick-offs, gatherings, workshops.

5. HR Controlling & Reporting

  • Support bi-weekly HR controlling processes including headcount reporting, HRIS, cost-control.
  • Ensure data quality, support audits, and strengthen HR operational governance.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in designing learning journeys, programs and facilitating workshops, webinars.
  • Past experience working in the multi-cultural, multi-national corporation.
  • Past experience in consulting.
  • Exposure to multiple HR domains such as engagement, talent development, change management, or HR operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort managing HR data.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
