Job Description



  1. Program Execution & Governance

    • Manage endtoend lifecycle of HR programs (performance, surveys, benefits rollout, etc.).
    • Ensure accurate goalsetting, quality checks, deployment tracking, and program hygiene.
    • Conduct gap analyses across technology and leadership cohorts.
    • Review spans & layers, identify hotspots, and surface insights to HRBPs.



    CrossFunctional Collaboration

    • Partner closely with HRBPs across regions, COEs (Comp & Ben, Talent), and global HR teams.
    • Consolidate feedback from multiple regions and drive unified, actionable inputs.
    • Ensure seamless communication, timelines, and program clarity during rollouts.



    Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Engage directly with India and global engineering leaders.
    • Enable HRBPs by ensuring alignment, reducing bottlenecks, and streamlining decision flows.
    • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and COEs.



    Program Scaling & Strategy

    • Support global HR program rollouts covering 1500-2000 employees.
    • Provide strategic input through survey analysis, hotspot identification, and business needs.
    • Mature and scale programs with a strong governance and consistency framework.

The Successful Applicant

Experience

  • 8-12 years total experience (not necessarily fully in program management).
  • Exposure to large-scale and mature organizations-preferably tech, pharma, telecom, or product companies.
  • Hands-on experience working closely with senior HRBPs.
