Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Professional at our Pune location. The HR Professional will oversee day-to-day human resources operations, manage HR policies, support employee benefits administration, and handle personnel management. The role encompasses everything from developing and implementing HR strategies to fostering a positive workplace environment, ensuring the well-being of all team members, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and organisational standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and principles with a clear understanding of employee relations
• Experience in HR Management and the implementation of HR strategies and processes
• Familiarity with HR Policies and ensuring compliance with employment regulations
• Knowledge in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management to effectively support staff needs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (strongly preferred)
• Experience in the real estate sector.
