Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates for various job openings.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit.
- Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate candidate information.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in developing job descriptions and job postings.
- Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to promote the organization.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools.
- Ability to use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in India.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
