Job Description

  • Partners with the key stakeholders to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent management strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning
  • Implement a well-organized onboarding framework through effective communication and system integration.
  • Work closely with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Professional Services teams to ensure cohesive onboarding processes.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure all necessary resources, tools, and information are available and accessible to new joiners from day one.
  • Establish mechanisms such as Amber for continuous feedback to refine and improve the on boarding experience.
  • Continuous Feedback: Establish regular check-ins and feedback loops to identify and address any barriers to productivity.
  • Productivity Enhancement Initiatives: Implement initiatives and strategies to boost efficiency and effectiveness of new employees
  • 30-60-90 Day Reviews: Implement structured check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days to assess new hires progress and address any concerns.
  • Retention Conversations: Conduct initial retention discussions to understand and mitigate any early-stage dissatisfaction.
  • Process Query Resolution: Act as the primary contact for new hires process-related questions, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate any issues that may affect new hires experience or retention to relevant departments for resolution.
