We are looking for HR Operations Specialist to join our global HR Operations family!

The ideal candidate is passionate about working with people and brings foundational knowledge of Human Resources alongside strong administrative capabilities. This role provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR operations in a global environment, supporting employees and stakeholders across Israel, EMEA, the USA, and APAC.

The HR Operations Specialist will work autonomously and efficiently, partnering with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes, projects, and employee lifecycle activities in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and support ongoing HR operational processes including weekly schedules, policies, reports, and employee communications
  • Act as a focal point for global HR operations, supporting processes across Israel, EMEA, USA, and APAC regions
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the internal IT team to maintain, support, and continuously improve HRIS systems
  • Partner closely with Payroll teams across the organization
  • Support HR projects and process improvements from planning through execution
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and high service levels across all HR operations activities

Qualifications

  • Up to 2 years of experience in HR Operations or other HR-related roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field (quantitative degrees may also be considered)
  • Experience or exposure to global HR environments, working with employees or stakeholders across Israel, EMEA, USA, and/or APAC
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across cultures and time zones
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Good Excel skills and comfort working with data and reports
  • Service-oriented mindset with a can-do approach
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • High energy, motivated, and self-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
