Job Description:

This is a full-time, on-site HR Operations & Talent Lead role. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all facets of HR operations, including talent acquisition, development of HR policies, employee relations management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. This role entails closely collaborating with leadership to drive strategies that enhance workforce engagement, implementing HR management practices, and streamlining operational processes to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Operations and HR Management
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies and managing Employee Relations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with an aptitude for strategic thinking
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage
  • Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a leadership role in HR is highly desirable
