We are looking for a dedicated HR & Operations professional to join our team. This role involves managing people, operations, company engagement, policies, work benefits, fun Friday and corporate events, and making the company culture vibrant.

- Organizing Fun Friday and corporate events
- Building and maintaining company culture
Engagement Terms
- Probation & Internship (6 months duration)
- During internship: Stipend provided
- During probation (before internship): No stipend or salary
- After internship (if satisfactory): Hired at starting 1.5LPA
Work Schedule
- 10 hours work shift
- Monday to Sunday
- 09:00 AM - 07:00 PM
- 1 hour lunch break
- Additional 0.5 hours break for the day
No leave policy applicable.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong people management abilities
- Good understanding of HR operations and policies
