Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated HR & Operations professional to join our team. This role involves managing people, operations, company engagement, policies, work benefits, fun Friday and corporate events, and making the company culture vibrant.

Responsibilities

  • People Management and team coordination
  • Operations management and process optimization
  • Company engagement initiatives
  • Policy development and implementation
  • Work benefits administration
  • Organizing Fun Friday and corporate events
  • Building and maintaining company culture

Engagement Terms

  • Probation & Internship (6 months duration)
  • During internship: Stipend provided
  • During probation (before internship): No stipend or salary
  • After internship (if satisfactory): Hired at starting 1.5LPA

Work Schedule

  • 10 hours work shift
  • Monday to Sunday
  • 09:00 AM - 07:00 PM
  • 1 hour lunch break
  • Additional 0.5 hours break for the day

No leave policy applicable.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong people management abilities
  • Good understanding of HR operations and policies
