Job Description
1. US HR Operations
- Manage complete employee lifecycle for US employees (onboarding, changes, offboarding).
- Administer US payroll inputs, benefits, leave management, and time tracking in coordination with payroll vendors/EOR partners.
- Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, ACA, COBRA, etc.).
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in HRIS systems.
2. Benefits & Compliance
- Support administration of US benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and wellness programs.
- Coordinate open enrollment activities with brokers/EORs.
- Support audits, compliance reporting, and statutory filings as required.
- Stay updated on changes in US employment regulations and advise stakeholders accordingly.
3. Stakeholder & Employee Support
- Serve as HR point of contact for US employees on policies, benefits, payroll, and HR queries.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition for seamless US hiring and onboarding.
- Support managers on employee relations, performance cycles, and policy interpretation.
4. Process Improvement & Reporting
- Standardize HR operational processes for US and EOR employees.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards related to headcount, attrition, payroll, and compliance.
- Drive automation and efficiency improvements in HR operations.
5. Employer of Record (EOR) Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for EOR vendors
- Coordinate hiring, contract issuance, compensation changes, and terminations through EORs.
- Review and validate EOR invoices, payroll reports, and compliance documents.
- Ensure SLA adherence and resolve escalations related to EOR services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong working knowledge of **US HR operations and labor laws**.
- Hands-on experience managing **Employer of Record (EOR)** engagements.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and benefits administration tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with global stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and compliance orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a **US workforce from India or APAC**.
- Exposure to global HR operations or multi-country HR models.
