Job Description

1. US HR Operations

  • Manage complete employee lifecycle for US employees (onboarding, changes, offboarding).
  • Administer US payroll inputs, benefits, leave management, and time tracking in coordination with payroll vendors/EOR partners.
  • Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, ACA, COBRA, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in HRIS systems.

2. Benefits & Compliance

  • Support administration of US benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and wellness programs.
  • Coordinate open enrollment activities with brokers/EORs.
  • Support audits, compliance reporting, and statutory filings as required.
  • Stay updated on changes in US employment regulations and advise stakeholders accordingly.

3. Stakeholder & Employee Support

  • Serve as HR point of contact for US employees on policies, benefits, payroll, and HR queries.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition for seamless US hiring and onboarding.
  • Support managers on employee relations, performance cycles, and policy interpretation.

4. Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Standardize HR operational processes for US and EOR employees.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards related to headcount, attrition, payroll, and compliance.
  • Drive automation and efficiency improvements in HR operations.

5. Employer of Record (EOR) Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for EOR vendors
  • Coordinate hiring, contract issuance, compensation changes, and terminations through EORs.
  • Review and validate EOR invoices, payroll reports, and compliance documents.
  • Ensure SLA adherence and resolve escalations related to EOR services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of **US HR operations and labor laws**.
  • Hands-on experience managing **Employer of Record (EOR)** engagements.
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and benefits administration tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with global stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and compliance orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a **US workforce from India or APAC**.
  • Exposure to global HR operations or multi-country HR models.
