What will you get to work on

As An HR Operations Specialist, You Will

  • Own and manage the HRMS, ensuring accurate employee data, workflows, and reporting
  • Drive end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and lifecycle changes
  • Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth people processes
  • Manage employee records, compliance, and audit-ready documentation
  • Support payroll inputs and vendor coordination
  • Improve and automate HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience
  • Handle employee queries and provide timely resolution on policies, systems, and processes

What do we expect from you

Our HR Operations Specialist role is critical to our success, and we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role
  • Strong hands-on experience with HRMS tools and data management
  • Good understanding of HR processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle management
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage data with accuracy
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on improving processes
