Job Overview – P&C Operations
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive P&C Operations Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll, MIS reporting, employee lifecycle management, and HR compliance, with the ability to work independently and drive tasks to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with timelines
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and HR analytics for business insights
- Handle employee data management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR records
- Manage onboarding processes, including documentation, verification, and employee induction
- Maintain and update HRIS systems with accurate employee information
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, compliance, and statutory requirements
- Support employee lifecycle activities: onboarding to exit formalities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless HR operations
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely execution and closure
Required Skills
- 4–8 years of experience in HR Operations / People & Culture
- Strong hands-on experience in payroll processing and MIS reporting
- Good knowledge of HRIS systems and HR processes
- Understanding of HR compliance and documentation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work as an individual contributor
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- High sense of ownership and accountability
