Job Description:
Handled complete employee lifecycle processes from joining to separation.
Managed onboarding formalities, inductions, and documentation collection for new hires.
Prepared and issued all HR letters including offers, appointments, confirmations, NOC, and exit letters.
Coordinated background verification and ensured timely completion of joining compliance.
Managed exit processes including full & final settlement coordination and conducting exit interviews.
Maintained and updated employee master data in HRMS along with proper physical file management.
Created HR reports and trackers for headcount, attrition, attendance, and leave records.
Supported monthly payroll by validating inputs such as attendance, leave, reimbursements, and deductions.
Administered statutory benefits and compliance activities (PF, ESIC, gratuity, insurance) including annual filings.
Supported employee engagement initiatives, internal HR communications, POSH awareness, and quarterly soft-skill trainings with complete records.
