We are looking for HR Operations

Experience: 3+Years

Location: Agra | Office-Based

Role Overview:-

We are hiring an HR Operations professional with strong payroll expertise who can independently handle end-to-end payroll and HR operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and salary structures
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.)
  • Coordinate with finance for payroll closure and reporting
  • Maintain accurate HR and payroll records
  • Address employee payroll-related queries and discrepancies
  • Support audits and compliance documentation

Required Skills:-

  • Hands-on experience in full-fledged payroll processing
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / HRMS tools
  • High accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage deadlines independently
