Role Overview

We are hiring for an Offer Management role with strong hands-on experience in Bulk Offer Management (OMT). The incumbent will handle end-to-end offer lifecycle management, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders within the BPS (Business Process Services) domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end offer management using Offer Management Tool (OMT)

• Handle bulk offer creation, modification, release, and tracking

• Coordinate with Client Management teams for offer approvals and releases

• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and TAT adherence in all offer-related activities

• Resolve offer-related discrepancies and manage escalations

• Maintain dashboards, reports, and MIS for offer status and closures

Required Skills & Experience

• Core experience in Offer Management, specifically Bulk OMT roles

• Strong exposure to Client Management BPS environment

• Hands-on experience with Offer Management Tools (OMT)

• Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills

• High attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced, volume-driven setups
