Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the HR Operations by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations, policies, procedures and practices.
- You will be responsible for designing and implementing new policies along with complete monitoring of HR systems (Zoho) and databases.
- You will be responsible for addressing employees queries and issues related to system, compensation and regulations.
- You will be responsible for managing new employee onboarding, orientation and training programs.
- You will collaborate with managers to ensure effective performance evaluation cycles including goal setting, performance reviews, and ongoing feedback.
- You will execute the annual appraisal process, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of evaluations and rolling out of appraisal letters.
- You will be responsible for maintaining adequate HR documentation and records of the employees.
- You will work with the Finance team to ensure monthly submission of payroll inputs, including new hire details, terminations, and other relevant changes.
- You will oversee and coordinate HR events and employee engagement initiatives on a regular basis.
- You will manage separation processes, conducting exit interviews, and ensuring a seamless offboarding experience.
- You will be responsible for supervising the HR Operations team and ensuring the set goals are met.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelors or a Masters degree in Human Resources with 5-8 yrs of experience in HR Operations
- Effectively manage teams and communicate with various stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Experience with HR systems and technologies, preferably in ZOHO and GreyTHR
- In depth knowledge of HR practices and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members.
