We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage training coordination and placement activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end training processes, student/employee placement coordination, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs
Manage trainer allocation and training calendars
Track attendance, performance, and training feedback
Ensure smooth execution of training programs across department.
Handle end-to-end placement process for students/candidates
Connect with companies for job/internship opportunities
Schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-ups
Maintain placement records and reports
Build and maintain relationships with recruiters and industry partners
Organize placement drives, job fairs, and campus recruitment activities
Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good organizational and multitasking ability
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Basic understanding of HR processes
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders
