Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage training coordination and placement activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end training processes, student/employee placement coordination, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Operations:
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs

  • Manage trainer allocation and training calendars

  • Track attendance, performance, and training feedback

  • Ensure smooth execution of training programs across department.

Placement Coordination:
  • Handle end-to-end placement process for students/candidates

  • Connect with companies for job/internship opportunities

  • Schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-ups

  • Maintain placement records and reports

Corporate Relations:
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruiters and industry partners

  • Organize placement drives, job fairs, and campus recruitment activities

  • Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements



Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Good organizational and multitasking ability

  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

  • Basic understanding of HR processes

  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders
