Job Responsibilities: -

  • Own and optimize HR processes throughout the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding across.
  • Organize and maintain HRIS systems and other personnel records.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
  • Identify areas of improvement in the employee experience and partner with the HR team to develop and roll out lasting solutions.
  • Remain up to date on current HR trends and developments.
  • Assist in payroll processing and other administrative tasks.
  • Liaising with HR and employee benefits vendors.
  • Support company-wide HR initiatives and other functions as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications: -

  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience providing first-level support for employees (general HR operations, benefits, policy questions, payroll).
  • HRIS or systems data entry experience and management of Employee Onboarding/Offboarding
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications and organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Can work successfully both independently and within a team.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced work environment. Willingness to help where necessary.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
