The HR Operations Delivery Manager - Compensation & Benefits (C&B) is responsible for leading and overseeing endtoend reward operations across multiple regions, with a strong emphasis on global incentive program delivery. The role ensures consistent, reliable, and compliant execution of compensation processes-including Annual Incentive Plans (AIP), Sales Incentive Plans (SIP), salary reviews, allowances, and benefits administration. This position partners closely with Performance & Reward COEs, HRBPs, Finance, and HR Experience teams to uphold global standards, governance, and continuous improvement across all C&B processes. The work model of the role is Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Leadership

Contribute to the development and implementation of the HR Operations Strategy and Roadmap.

Drive refinement of operating models, organizational structures, and service expansion in alignment with business strategy.

Lead global C&B-related initiatives and projects, bringing deep Operational expertise and cross-functional collaboration.

2. Compensation & Benefits Operations

Lead and manage endtoend delivery of global and regional C&B processes, including AIP, SIP, recognition programs, and other reward plans.

Ensure timely and accurate execution of salary reviews, bonus cycles, allowances, and benefits programs across multiple regions.

Operationalize new or redesigned compensation structures, frameworks, and guidelines in partnership with Reward COEs.

Maintain strict process compliance, including SOX controls, data protection, regulatory requirements, and quality checks.

Drive performance measurement, KPI adherence, and standardized process execution across all supported locations.

3. Customer Experience & Stakeholder Management

Foster a customer-centric service model and continuously enhance the C&B customer experience journey.

Analyze feedback and drive corrective actions to improve delivery quality and service experience.

Build strong working relationships with HR Operations & Experience team, HRBPs, Business Performance & Reward Team, Finance, and other stakeholders.

Identify operational gaps, resolve issues proactively, and manage escalations to closure.

Promote cross-collaboration and synergies across HR functions to elevate service quality.

4. People Leadership & Team Development

Lead team responsible for reward operations, ensuring clarity of goals, performance standards, and development priorities.

Drive workforce planning, capacity management, engagement, and mentoring.

Ensure all team activities meet internal policies, legal requirements, and organizational standards.

Champion and manage change across C&B operations and HR transitions.

5. Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence

Partner with HR Service, Compensation COE, and HR Experience teams to drive process optimization, standardization, and automation.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as training programs, knowledge management, and quality reviews.

Analyze Operational performance(KPI, SLA), address root causes, and embed a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
  • 12+ years of HR Shared Services experience in a global organization, with at least 5 years in a people leadership role.
  • Strong working knowledge of C&B operations, including incentive management, salary review processes, and benefits administration.
  • Experience in Workday, Service Now and SAP is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams (15+ members) in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage confidential matters with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfort working with data and reporting tools.
  • Flexible, collaborative, solution-oriented, and capable of navigating complex global environments.
