Description

As an HR Operations professional at Cult.Fit, you will play a crucial role in the HR team, focusing on streamlining HR processes, enhancing employee experiences, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment efforts, handling employee queries, and maintaining accurate employee records. Additionally, you will assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and programs that foster a positive work environment and align with our company culture.

Role

  • Processes for new hires, including orientation and training sessions.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback collection.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Generate reports related to HR metrics and analytics.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Experience in employee relations and performance management is desirable.
