Position: HR Operations Executive

Location: Corporate Office

Reports To: HR Manager / Head of HR

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to support and streamline our human resource processes. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee life cycle activities, compliance, and HR documentation, ensuring smooth functioning of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS (onboarding, transfers, exits).
  • Prepare and manage HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit letters.
  • Handle HR-related queries from employees and provide timely resolutions.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Assist in end-to-end onboarding & induction process for new hires.
  • Ensure smooth offboarding process, including exit formalities, clearance, and documentation.
  • Track probation, confirmations, and contract renewals.

Payroll & Compliance Support

  • Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate salary processing.
  • Maintain leave and attendance records.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).

HR Policies & Processes

  • Assist in implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support internal audits and ensure adherence to HR compliance standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of HR data.
  • Employee Engagement & Support
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR operations.
  • Support grievance redressal in collaboration with HR Manager.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance are preferred.
