Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Employee Data Management operations.
  • Demonstrate integrity and professionalism when handling confidential employee data.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Maintain a strong service orientation with a willingness to support both the HR team and employees.
  • Take initiative, work proactively, and demonstrate personal accountability without constant direction.
  • Utilize MS Office, especially Excel, for data management, reporting, and analysis.
  • Work with SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, or other ERP systems to maintain and update employee data.
  • Support Employee Relations activities and related HR processes.
  • Apply a strong understanding of HR practices, workplace policies, and employment regulations.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to HR leadership and stakeholders.
  • Use reporting tools and case management systems (ticketing tools) for effective HR operations.
  • Knowledge of UK HR processes and hands-on experience with relevant HR systems.
