Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The HR & Operations Associate will support both human resource functions and daily operational activities. The position involves managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training while also coordinating closely with partner restaurants to ensure smooth operational processes within the food delivery ecosystem. The ideal candidate will balance strong HR acumen with practical coordination skills to maintain efficient workflows across teams and partner stores.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR operations.
- Monitor attendance, assist with payroll inputs, and handle daily HR activities.
- Coordinate with partner restaurants/stores through regular calls, follow-ups, and issue tracking.
- Support onboarding of new partner stores and ensure operational alignment.
- Resolve store-level concerns and maintain consistent communication channels.
- Assist with administrative tasks, data maintenance, and LinkedIn postings.
Skill Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound understanding of HR operations, hiring processes, and basic payroll/attendance handling.
- Ability to manage day-to-day operations and coordinate efficiently with partner stores.
- Proficiency in Excel, HR tools, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, and core Human Resources practices.
- 0.6 to 2 years of experience in HR, operations, or a similar role (preferred).
- Strong Communication skills to efficiently collaborate with team members and restaurant partners.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solving capability, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
- Experience in the food service or restaurant industry is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Salary & Compensations
- 15,000 25,000 per month, based on experience and skill set.
