Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support day-to-day HR activities and ensure smooth HR processes. The role involves employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, onboarding, payroll coordination, HRMS maintenance, and compliance support.

Key Responsibilities
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate with payroll teams for attendance, leave records, and salary processing.
Update and maintain employee data in HRMS systems.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Generate HR reports and dashboards for management review.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in statutory compliance and audit documentation.
Maintain leave and attendance records.
Ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations.

Requirements

Required Skills
Knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Familiarity with payroll processes and statutory compliance.
Experience working with HRMS platforms.
Strong documentation and record-management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
1–2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Administration roles.
