Summary:
The HR Services delivery center team plays a pivotal role in improving the candidate, worker, and manager experience by providing timely and accurate query resolution, onboarding of candidates, maintaining HR data of employees in HR systems, and supporting worker life cycle programs and processes (benefits, rewards, transfers, offboarding, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Maintain efficient service delivery by ensuring transactional requests and assigned inquiries are completed within SLA depending on priority and complexity.
- Respond and resolve queries in a timely and accurate manner with worker experience at the core.
- Ensure worker HR records are accurately created and maintained in HR Systems (SAP, SF, etc.).
- Take complete ownership to close the data administration requests, including follow-up with the requestor to collect missing information and inform approval requirements.
- Follow the Desktop Procedures / KB articles defined for every transaction/query.
- Ensure the Maker-Checker process is followed, and Data Monitoring is done to ensure high quality of data in all HR tools.
- Work in a highly data-sensitive environment, responsible for always protecting Data Privacy and adhering to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of compliance policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Service with experience in SuccessFactors tool and HR onboarding.
- Previous experience with as an HR operations role is mandatory.
- HR Onboarding experience is mandatory.
- Profiles should have worked consistently with companies, avoiding frequent job changes.
- Assessment sheet must be attached in the CV along with correct scoring.
