HR Operation Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in India for an HR Operations Manager. The HR Operations Manager will oversee and streamline HR operations, manage HR policies, and ensure compliance. Other responsibilities include facilitating employee relations, addressing employees concerns, and enhancing HR management strategies to support the company's goals.

• Expertise in Human Resources (HR), including HR Management and HR Operations
• Knowledge of HR Policies and ability to implement them effectively
• Experience in managing Employee Relations and addressing employee concerns
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience in the technology or cloud computing industry is a plus
