Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and offboarding.

  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files.

  • Coordinate background verification and document collection for new hires.

Payroll & Benefits

  • Coordinate monthly payroll processing with internal teams or vendors.

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries, reimbursements, incentives, and deductions.

  • Manage employee benefits including PF, ESI, gratuity, insurance, leave, and other statutory benefits.

  • Resolve payroll and benefits-related employee queries.

Compliance & Statutory

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, CLRA, Shops & Establishment, etc.).

  • Handle audits (internal/external/statutory) and maintain required documentation.

  • Track changes in labor laws and implement necessary process updates.

HR Policies & Processes

  • Implement and administer HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.

  • Support policy communication and clarification to employees and managers.

  • Drive process improvements and automation in HR operations.

Employee Engagement & Support

  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR queries and concerns.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs.

  • Assist in managing disciplinary actions and employee relations cases in coordination with HR leadership.

HR Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and MIS for management.

  • Track key HR metrics such as attrition, headcount, attendance, and leave.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and labor laws.

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems.

  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a process improvement approach.
