Position Purpose

TheField Recruiterwill be responsible forend-to-endfieldhiring activitiesforblue-collar, shopfloor, technician, operator, and entry-level rolesacross assigned regions. The role requires extensiveground-level sourcing, coordination with local vendors, institutes, and manpower suppliers, and ensuring timely closures as per business requirements.

3. Key Responsibilities

Field Recruitment& Sourcing

  • Conducton-groundrecruitmentactivitiesincluding walk-ins, job fairs, campus drives, and local sourcing.
  • Source candidates throughlocal consultants, manpower agencies, ITIs, polytechnics, vocational institutes, and community networks.
  • Coordinate and managebulk hiringrequirements for plant/site locations.
  • Screen candidates forbasic eligibility, experience, and role fit.
  • Maintain a stronglocal talent pipelinefor ongoing and future requirements.

Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinateinterviews, trade tests, and site-level assessments.
  • Supportdocumentation collection, background verification coordination, and joining formalities.
  • Ensuretimely joiningand reduce offer dropouts through regular follow-ups.
  • Act as apoint of contactbetween candidates, site teams, and HR.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintaindaily hiring trackers, joining reports, and MIS updates.
  • Share regularstatus updateswith regional HR and stakeholders.
  • Ensurerecruitmentactivities followcompany policies and compliance standards.

4. Required Skills & Competencies

Functional Skills

  • Strong experience infield/ mass / blue-collarrecruitment.
  • Hands-on exposure tolocal market hiringand regional sourcing practices.
  • Ability to managehigh-volume hiringwithin tight timelines.
  • Knowledge ofshop floor / technician / operator rolespreferred.

Behavioral & Soft Skills

  • Goodlocal language communication skills(Hindi / regional language mandatory).
  • Willingness totravel extensivelywithin the assigned region.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Result-oriented and target-driven mindset.

5. Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Diploma(MBA HR preferred but not mandatory).
  • 14 yearsof experience infieldrecruitment/ mass hiring.
  • Prior experience inmanufacturing, automotive, logistics, or industrial hiringis an advantage.

6. Working Conditions

  • Field-intensive role with frequent travel.
  • Based out of assigned region/location.
  • Fast-paced hiring environment with bulk requirements.

7. Preferred Profile

  • Local candidates withstrong regional network.
