Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • HR Reporting & Analysis: Deliver comprehensive HR Management Information (MIS) reports and in-depth analyses within agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This includes generating regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) as well as responding promptly to ad hoc reporting requests from various stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyze HR data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to workforce demographics, talent acquisition, employee performance, compensation, benefits, attrition, and other key HR metrics. Provide actionable recommendations based on these analyses to support strategic HR decision-making.
  • System Access Management: Analyze and maintain all HR system access permissions, ensuring that appropriate controls are meticulously designed, implemented, and regularly audited to safeguard sensitive HR data and maintain system integrity.
  • Documentation & Standardization: Ensure that relevant, accurate, and up-to-date documentation is available for all HR systems, reporting processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), promoting consistency and knowledge transfer.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and identify opportunities to streamline HR MIS processes, enhance reporting efficiency, and improve data accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR business partners, management, and other departments to understand their information needs and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
  • Compliance & Data Integrity: Ensure all HR MIS activities comply with data privacy regulations and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Cultural Alignment: Fully understand and embody the company's brand values and culture, integrating them into daily work and reporting practices.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in delivering HR Management Information (MIS) reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to respond effectively to ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Strong analytical skills for analyzing and maintaining HR system access.
  • Understanding of controls required for HR system access.
  • Experience in ensuring relevant documentation is available for HR systems/reporting processes and procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge and practical experience in HR data management and reporting.
  • Familiarity with various HR systems and their reporting capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various HR and business teams.
