Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role located in Chennai for an HR Marketing professional. The HR Marketing professional will be responsible for managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing marketing strategies to attract talent, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and maintaining employee relations.
Qualifications
- Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Expertise in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in HR marketing is a plus
- Experience in Multitasking
- Salary 2 lakhs per annum
- Experience in travel and marketing
- 1-2 years of experience in HR Marketing
- Must be located in commutable distance to Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
