Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proactive and ability to work independently in an on-site setting
