Role Description

This is a full-time on-site HR Manager role located in Bhopal. The HR Manager will lead human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and performance management to support a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include managing talent acquisition, overseeing training programs, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws. The HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to leadership, implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's goals.

• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

• Proficiency in HR software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in HR or relevant certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP
