We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager / HR Head to lead and strengthen the people function at our organization. This role goes beyond traditional HR operationsit requires building scalable systems, shaping culture, and acting as a strategic partner to the founder.

You will work directly with the founder and leadership team to align people strategy with business goals, drive performance, and build a high-performance, accountable, and engaged workforce. This is a high-impact role with significant ownership and visibility across the company.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
  • Handle grievances and conflicts within the organization by conducting investigations and implementing resolutions.
  • Implement strategies to reduce attrition rates through effective employee retention programs.
  • Manage HR administration, including employee data management, attendance tracking, and leave requests.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 9-14 years of experience in Human Resource Management with expertise in areas such as HR Administration, Payroll Management, Performance Appraisal Management, Grievance Management, Employee Retention, Attrition Management, Appraisal Management, and Performance Management.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.
  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations related to human resources.
