Job Summary:

We are looking for a Result-oriented HR professional with 10-13 years of experience in Corporate HR, Statutory Compliance, Industrial Relations, and Employee Legal Matters. Expertise in managing end-to-end HR operations, handling disciplinary actions, labour law compliance, and representing management in legal proceedings. Strong background in policy drafting, compliance audits, and employee lifecycle management.

  • Insurance Management (Fire & Burglary Policies for Organizational Assets, Renewals & Coordination)
  • Employee Benefit Insurance (Mediclaim, GPA, GMC, Policy Management & Claims Coordination)

Candidate Requirements:

  • MBA in HR / Personnel Management or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 10–13 years of relevant experience in Corporate HR roles
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial setup preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in handling complex employee issues and sensitive workplace situations
  • Exposure to dealing with government authorities, external agencies, and inspections
  • Experience in representing or supporting management in legal proceedings or formal hearings
  • Strong documentation and drafting ability
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities across functions
  • Experience in working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Good analytical and problem-solving approach in HR decision-making
  • Experience in handling organizational insurance policies, specifically Fire & Burglary insurance, & Employee Benefit Insurance (Mediclaim, GPA, GMC, Policy Management & Claims Coordination) including renewals and coordination with insurers.
