Your Role: HR Manager
As an HR Manager, you will lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, payroll, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with founders, leadership, and department heads to build scalable HR processes aligned with business objectives.
You will be responsible for strengthening organizational culture, driving structured HR systems, ensuring statutory compliance, and enabling workforce productivity in a fast-growing SaaS and technology-driven consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and organizational growth plans.
Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development.
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment across technical and consulting roles, including SaaS and technology positions.
Lead campus hiring initiatives and build long-term relationships with colleges and universities.
Design, implement, and manage the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, appraisal cycles, and performance reviews.
Partner with leadership on performance improvement plans and talent development initiatives.
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely disbursement.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and applicable labor laws).
Draft, update, and implement HR policies aligned with regulatory requirements and business needs.
Maintain structured HR documentation, employee records, and governance practices.
Ensure alignment with data privacy and information security standards (exposure to GDPR, DPDP, or similar frameworks preferred).
Drive employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling mechanisms, and retention strategies.
Act as a bridge between management and employees to foster a transparent and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
58 years of experience in HR management, preferably within SaaS, IT, or technology-driven organizations.
Strong experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition for technical roles.
Hands-on experience managing Performance Management Systems and appraisal cycles.
Working knowledge of payroll management and statutory compliance processes.
Strong understanding of labor laws, HR governance, and documentation practices.
Ability to collaborate with leadership and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Experience building scalable HR processes in a growing organization.
Additional / Preferred Skills
Exposure to data privacy, cybersecurity, or compliance consulting environments.
Knowledge of GDPR, DPDP, or related data protection frameworks.
Experience implementing HR automation tools or HRMS platforms.
Experience in policy standardization, documentation improvement, and governance frameworks.
