Role Description

This is an internship role for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee relations, performance appraisals, and training. Additionally, the HR Manager will manage HR documentation, payroll, and benefits. The intern will also assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. This is a hybrid role, primarily located in Srinagar, but some work-from-home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills
• Experience in HR Documentation, Payroll, and Benefits Management
• Training and Development skills
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Preference shall be given to persons with experience in the non-profit sector and persons holding a bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
