Job Description

Aboutthe Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead core HR functions, with a strong focus on hiring, employee retention, and performance management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in strengthening people practices, supporting business objectives, and enhancing overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
Design and implement employee retention and engagement initiatives
Manage performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans
Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
Oversee HR policies, processes, and compliance
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR advisory support
Contribute to building a positive and performance-driven culture
Qualifications &Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience
Proven expertise in hiring, retention, and performance management
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Solid understanding of HR best practices and processes
Prior experience in IT / technology environments is preferred
