Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions for our IT organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies aligned with business goals, managing the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring statutory compliance, and fostering a positive and performance-driven workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR & Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives aligned with company objectives
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and talent management
  • Drive HR analytics and reporting to support decision-making

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (developers, QA, DevOps, designers, support teams, etc.)
  • Collaborate with hiring team to define role requirements and hiring strategies
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction programs for new hires

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Promote employee engagement, retention, and workplace satisfaction
  • Design and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives

Performance Management & Learning

  • Manage performance appraisal cycles, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs
  • Support leadership development and succession planning

Compensation, Payroll & Benefits

  • Manage salary structures, increments, bonuses, and incentive plans
  • Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Administer employee benefits, leave policies, and attendance systems

Compliance & HR Operations

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and contracts
  • Manage HR audits and policy updates as required

Culture & Organizational Development

  • Foster a strong organizational culture aligned with company values
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Drive change management initiatives as the company scales

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 710 years of HR experience, preferably in an IT or technology-driven organization
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance
  • Experience in handling technical hiring and fast-growing teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, payroll systems, and MS Office
