Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a HR Manager to manage full-spectrum HR operations. In this role, you will partner closely with departmental leaders to drive talent acquisition, optimize performance, and ensure strict regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic, autonomous environments and possesses deep HR expertise within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End HR Operations: Manage the full spectrum of HR and General Affairs functions.
  • Talent Acquisition: Partner with department managers to define required competencies and lead recruitment.
  • Total Rewards: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, CPF submissions, and tax declarations.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation packages and benefits programs.
  • Performance Management: Drive the annual performance evaluation cycle to build a high-performance culture.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the trusted point of contact for staff grievance resolution and engagement.
  • Training & Development: Identify skills gaps and coordinate learning programs for workforce upskilling.
  • Legal Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Singapore Employment Act regulations and Tripartite guidelines.
  • Change Management: Guide employees and leadership through organizational changes and process optimizations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on HR experience within a manufacturing or commercial support environment.
  • Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and make sound decisions.
  • Adaptability: Strong agility to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and guide stakeholders at all levels.
