As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to join our team and help build a high-performing organisation.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will oversee the day-to-day HR operations while supporting HR coordination across our regional offices. This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll partner closely with business leaders to drive talent acquisition, HR operations, employee experience and HR governance across the Group.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate and operational functions.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers and offboarding.
- Oversee monthly payroll, employee benefits and statutory compliance.
- Partner with managers on performance management, employee relations and talent development.
- Maintain HR policies, processes and employee records while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and corporate governance requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
- Support regional HR initiatives, HR systems and continuous process improvement projects.
- Partner with regional stakeholders to deliver consistent HR practices across multiple countries.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum8 years HR experience with strong exposure to full-spectrum HR.
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR operations, payroll and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR compliance.
- Experience supporting regional or multi-country operations is highly desirable.
- Experience in a listed company, multinational corporation or fast-growing organisation is an advantage.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Info-Tech HRMS or equivalent systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Mandarin proficiency is advantageous to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders across the region.
