Job Description

HR Strategy & Operations

  • Set objectives for the HR team and monitor performance against defined KPIs.
  • Review and approve HR budgets while ensuring cost-effective HR initiatives.
  • Design, implement, and update company HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor internal HR systems, databases, and recommend new HR software solutions.
  • Prepare detailed reports on HR costs, workforce metrics, and operational performance.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define job descriptions and hiring requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate suitability, and recommend final selections.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment cycle.

HR Business Partnering & Employee Relations

  • Act as a consultant to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives.
  • Address employee relations matters and provide strategic HR guidance.
  • Conduct HR audits and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
