- Manage end-to-end recruitment from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define job descriptions and hiring requirements.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate suitability, and recommend final selections.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment cycle.
HR Business Partnering & Employee Relations
- Act as a consultant to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Support workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives.
- Address employee relations matters and provide strategic HR guidance.
- Conduct HR audits and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
