We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage our HR functions in India. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving our HR initiatives, supporting business objectives, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in HR management or related field.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation in India.
• Proficient in HR software and tools, including ATS and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
