Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the company's structure and suggest areas for organizational development.
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy and compliant work environment.
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit formalities.
  • Conduct new employee inductions, organize internal and external training programs, and manage employee development initiatives.
  • Oversee employee benefits, engagement activities, and performance appraisal processes.
  • Maintain HR procedures in line with statutory and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure timely resolution of employee queries and requests.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify improvement opportunities across functions.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering teamwork and accountability.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, and confidentiality in handling HR matters.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
  • 710 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within the interior design/build or corporate design industry.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end HR management and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance frameworks.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in Design & Build corporate environments.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR documentation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and public relations skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
